Returns /Exchange

We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces, ensuring that you wear them with love and confidence. Our products are handcrafted, and may feature slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment. These unique details are a result of the artisan's touch, adding to the charm of the piece and ensuring that each item is truly one-of-a-kind. As a small business, returns and exchanges can be challenging, but we understand there are certain scenarios where they may be necessary.

1. 1. Damaged Products: Despite our robust quality check and secure packaging, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. To process a return, please provide an opening video to show the product arrived damaged. You may return the damaged product within 14 days of arrival, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an opening video or after 14 days.

2.    2.   Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us stating your issues, and we will address your concern on a case-by-case basis.

3.    3.  Color Variations: Due to differences in digital photography and screen settings, the color of the item may vary slightly. Therefore, returns based on color differences do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Until the return reaches us, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Repairs 

Pink Pitari strives to be recognized for its exceptional quality. If your Pink Pitari piece becomes damaged during your ownership, we offer a repair service.
