Shipping policy

Pink Pitari is dedicated to delivering your order in secure, high-quality packaging within the promised timeframe. To ensure it arrives in excellent condition and as quickly as possible, we ship via India Post. If you have a preferred shipping provider, please let us know by email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

1.      India: Orders are dispatched within 1-5 days of payment confirmation, with delivery expected within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within India. Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

2.  Overseas: Orders are shipped via India Post or other reputable courier services. Your order will be dispatched within 5-7 business days of placement, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.

We are committed to ensuring prompt delivery, but in rare cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you right away to keep you informed.

What are the shipping charges?

1.      Shipping Within India: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1,000 within India. Orders valued above ₹1,000 qualify for free shipping. Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items.

2. International Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹1,700 applies for international shipping. Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items.

Please note: Any import duties or taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Pink Pitari does not cover these charges.
